— Principal and Founder
“Everyone deserves an opportunity to contribute in this world – the key is finding your niche.” Of the various endeavors Chad has embarked on over the 15 years he has been in IT, MindSpark gives him the biggest smile. In 2011, he founded the organization based on the simple idea that people with developmental disabilities could excel in technology. Chad oversees the strategic vision and business development for the company, working closely with the executive management team to drive the company forward. When not running MindSpark or his other company Square One Solutions, Chad enjoys watching his kids ride their scooters in the park.
